Explore More is part of Australasia’s largest campervan rental company, owned by premium New Zealand tourism company, thl (Tourism Holdings Ltd).
Explore More was originally founded on 4 July 2007 as thl’s youth and adventure campervan brand over in New Zealand. It was born from a synergy of two very different parts of thl to create a very unique offering, borrowing from the organisational learnings of its well known sister rental companies Maui, Britz and Backpacker, combined with the mantra of the youth and adventure hop-on, hop-off backpacker bus company Kiwi Experience.
After its huge success in New Zealand, it was inevitable that it Explore More would cross the Tasman and now we’re here in Australia, offering the same great service, reliable vehicles at low cost rates.

We want to make you feel like you’re a part of our crew, that’s why we’ve named our campervans after our Aussie crew so you feel like you’ve been guided by a tru blue local.
